About Me
First started djing in 1985 at the age of 16, worked for a local company called blacklight international, this is where I trained and gained my experience working as a mobile DJ at private functions across hull.
In 1989 I moved into the professional circuit working for a company called first leisure at my local nightclub Romeos and Juliet's, I worked for First leisure for 15 years working in Nightclubs in Sunderland, Blackburn and returning to hull to work in Lexington Avenue.
In 1992 I was voted the best DJ in the northeast for First Leisure within the Dancing division.
In 1995 I was nominated one of the best four DJ’S in England, Scotland, and Wales with the Molson BEDA (British Entertainment Dancing Awards) Awards, finishing runner up.
In 1999 I moved to the Bars division within First Leisure working in the Brannigans chain, here I worked in all the major cities, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Crawley, I also worked alongside live bands five nights a week and many A list celebrities.
In 2004 I left Brannigans and started a new venture working for an Australian chain of bars called Walkabouts in central London, again working with live bands and many A list celebrities.
In 2007 I decided to move back to my home city, Hull where I opened the Sugar mill, before moving back into the mobile scene catering for weddings and private parties.
Having worked as a Professional DJ around England, Scotland, and Wales for over 25 years, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the entertainment industry.
